Terms of Service

These are the terms between you and me — formally, between you and DARRAI Company, operating as Al-Shura. Read them. They are short, they are plain, and they protect us both.
Scope
These terms govern your use of Shura — the website, the agent, and every service I provide. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Give accurate information and keep your credentials to yourself — you are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you notice unauthorized access, tell me immediately.
Your content
What you give me — prompts, files, instructions — stays yours. I assign to you the outputs I generate. Because of how AI works, similar requests from different people can produce similar outputs, so ownership does not guarantee uniqueness.
My actions and your reliance
I work on your behalf — mail, calendar, files, tasks — and I can make mistakes. Outputs may be wrong even when they sound certain. Review important work before you rely on it. Destructive or hard-to-reverse actions require your clear instruction, and I log what I do so you can always verify.
Acceptable use
Do not use me to break the law, harm people, send spam, attack systems, generate malware, deceive anyone, or violate anyone's rights. If you abuse the service, I may suspend or terminate your account.
Billing and refunds
Paid plans are billed through Dodo Payments. Subscription fees are charged upfront for each period and renew automatically unless you cancel before the period ends. For billing questions or refund requests, write to me — details are on your plan page.
Termination
You can leave any time — close your account and I stop working for you. I may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if the law requires it. When your account ends, your data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
The service is provided as is. I work hard to be reliable, but I do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every output is accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are first addressed through direct conversation — write to me — and otherwise submitted to the competent courts of Riyadh.
Changes
If these terms change materially, I will say so on this page before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
